Bauer is an institution that owns magazines such as 'Q'. Professional bodies have big influences on the way in which magazines are produced. This is because they set the laws and the legislations that all music magazines have to follow to not get in illegal trouble. These professional bodies help protect the public human rights laws and stop them from getting broken. It is important that professional bodies set laws and legislations, so that magazine institutions are aware of what they can include in their music magazines and what they cant for legal reasons. One thing that is really important that institutions and legal bodies must do, is keep their laws and enforce them, if they don't enforce their laws and punishments for breaking them, other institutions will just ignore the laws and carry on breaking them because they know their will be no consequences by doing this.
